STORE POLICIES

WARRANTIES:

Ottica Seattle stands by the quality of our products. We warranty our lenses for two years from the date of purchase and our frames for one year. We will replace broken or scratched lenses or frames within that time period.
If your eye professional changes your prescription within three months of purchase, we will gladly replace your lenses at no charge.
Please note: the warranty covers ONE replacement of lenses in the 2 year period. Our frame warranty is against manufacturer's defect.

RETURN POLICY:

We gladly honor returns by providing an in-store credit within 30 days. All lens purchases, however, are final.

SPECIAL ORDERS:

Ottica Seattle would be happy to special order limited selections from our great inventory with full payment at the time of order. Special orders are accommodated on a case-by-case basis and subject to availability by the designer. All special orders are not returnable.

MAIL ORDER:

Mail order purchases via telephone are gladly accommodated for the price of shipping via USPS. Tracking is required. Pre-payment is required and our standard return policy applies.

METHODS OF PAYMENT:

Ottica accepts cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Flexplan credit cards. Gift certificates are available.
